Effective January 7, 2012, the Homeland Defense Equipment Reuse (HDER) Program has been terminated.

Interested organizations may still obtain surplus personal property that is no longer needed by federal agancies through the Federal Surplus Personal Property Donation Program administered by the U. S. General Services Administration (GSA). A link to the GSA program website is provided below.
